The Hospice is covered by an experienced medical team offering specialist palliative care interventions and treatments.

The medical care is available to patients, whether they are in-patients, day care patients or out patients.

The team works closely with the hospital and community trusts and the specialist teams within these to provide seamless care.

The team consists of three permanent full time doctors and three junior doctors who rotate between other posts in hospital and general practice.
