Gift Aid your donation
We can benefit from the tax you pay. Whenever you donate to St Catherines we can claim back an extra 25p for each pound you give us direct from the taxman. All we need is for you to complete one of our Gift Aid forms which will allow us to claim the tax back from all your donations which can even relate to donations you made up to 4 years ago. Once you’ve completed the form you never need to fill in another. The only criteria is that you must pay in income tax and/or capital gains tax at least as much as we claim back in any one tax year.
We currently claim back over £150,000 in this way each year which is a real boost to our finances. Thanks to Gift Aid, our wonderful volunteers and our ability to compete for and win funds from various sources we can turn every £1 that you donate into £9 which makes us one of the best charitable investments around!
