School Fundraising
Meet the Fundraising Team!
In December 2011 a group of pupils from Year 8 at All Hallows Catholic High School, Penwortham, organised a craft stall for St Catherine's Hospice.
Through their enterprise and initiative the Fundraising Team raised a magnificent £134.31
Thank you to the Fundraising Team and every at All Hallows for supporting St Catherine's.
Fundraising is a Piece of Cake!
Students and staff at Christ the King Catholic Maths & Computing College have been extremely busy this term raising money for St Catherine's Hospice.

On Tuesday 29th November Year 10 Peer Mentor students Jack Wilkinson, Robyn Parkinson, Ryan Stubbs and Chloe Mason held a Christmas fair during break and lunch time. Christmas gifts were supplied by the Hospice and caring staff at Christ the King fantastic cakes to raise even more money. There were so many tempting goodies that students requested another stall the following day, which of course the school was happy to do.

Lancashire County Councillor Jennifer Mein happened to be visiting the school that day and joined in the festivities and admired the pupil's hard work and efforts. Funds are still coming in from this event and we hope to have a total very soon.
Five members of Christ the King's staff (Mrs Beetham, Mr Wood, Mr Day, Mr Warren and Mrs Bevitt) also took part in our Santa Dash. Students have offered to sponsor staff members from their house, which will hopefully raise a tidy sum!
Many thanks to all the students and staff at Christ the King for your dedication and hard work in raising money and awareness of their local sponsored charity St Catherine's Hospice.
