Fundraising and Donations Administrative Assistant
22.5 Hours per week
£22,969 per annum pro rata (actual salary £13,781)
St Catherine’s Hospice seeks a compassionate, organised and forward thinking individual to work within our Fundraising Team. This is a varied role that involves processing of hospice donations, sponsorship and event sign ups. You will work closely with colleagues in the fundraising team and across the wider Hospice.
Candidates must:
- have previous experience of working in a data inputting and cash handling.
- have excellent multi-tasking and IT skills.
- be able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
- have the ability to empathise with patients, relatives and visitors.
- be self-motivated with a pro-active approach.
- have experience of taking payments and have a desirable knowledge of Gift Aid
- have experience of working with volunteers (desirable)
