Difficult Clinical Conversations (for health care professionals)

Breaking bad news, instigating a difficult end of life conversation or starting a discussion around resuscitation can be daunting. However, as health care professionals, we need to have the confidence to enable these to happen so that patients have the best possible outcome at the end of their lives or during a life-limiting illness. This session aims to equip you with those skills to enable such difficult conversations to take place.
