The Mill Baileys Cheesecake
Create maximum impact with minimum effort this Christmas with this
simple yet scrumptious recipe that’s sure to loosen a few belts around
the table this Christmas.
Instructions
Ingredients
1 Mix the crushed digestive biscuits 6 Whisk cold cream with the cream 300g digestive biscuits, crushed
and melted butter in a bowl. cheese and sugar. 100g melted butter
500g cream cheese
2 Add the mix into a 10-inch 7 Stir the gelatine into the warm 500g cream
spring-form tin and press flat. cream until dissolved, then add 150g caster sugar
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. the Baileys. 13g gelatine

3 Soak gelatine in water as per 8 Whisk everything together, pour into
packet instructions. the tin and chill in fridge overnight.
4 Microwave 100g of cream until 9 Next day, rub the sides of the tin

5 Electric-whisk cream cheese 10 Place your cheesecake on a board
and sugar for five minutes. and decorate festively.
8 Serves: 10-12 | Cooking time: 30 mins plus overnight to set.
