Hospice Executive Assistant
We have a rare opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the Medical Director and Director of Nursing, Governance and AHP’s at Catherine’s Hospice. This includes day-to-day diary management, arranging, planning & coordinating meetings, typing reports & correspondence, taking minutes, and the preparation of agendas. The postholder will be assisting the medical and nursing directors to lead the organisation through high quality, effective administration including contributing to effective and efficient governance.
We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has a thorough understanding of confidentiality, who is trustworthy, approachable, able to prioritise and plan workload, multi-task and who has an eye for detail.
They will be responsible for the collation and production of papers for subcommittee’s and working groups, the collation of data for regulatory compliance such as CQC and ICB contract reporting. Previous experience of providing effective personal assistant support to a senior manager is essential.
