Pay tribute to someone special with a beautiful yellow ribbon this summer.
Your loved one will be part of our poignant Yellow Ribbon display in St Catherine’s Park. Yellow Ribbon dedications offer a meaningful way to honour people who are much loved and dearly missed, and to come together with family and friends to celebrate their lives and what they mean to us.
Names are included in our Yellow Ribbon Remembrance Book which will be available to view at the hospice and online.
Please note that dedications received after 24th May will be updated monthly and placed in the back of the book, with the final update on 31st July.
