What you will be doing:

  • Making telephone calls to supporters who have registered to fundraise for St Catherine’s and find out about their plans and how we can help.
  • Logging the calls on our CRM system Donorflex (full training will be provided).
  • Making telephone calls to thank supporters after their events to ensure they feel appreciated and valued.

The skills you need

  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication skills and confident talking over the phone
  • Confident to work on a computer and learn to use new programmes
