Be in the running for a place in the London Marathon
The race is on to bag the hospice’s final place in this year’s London Marathon – where keen runners can realise the ambition of a life-time, whilst raising money for a good cause.
With competition for places in the prestigious run high, St Catherine’s is asking those interested in its silver bond place to answer two questions about why they want to take part.
Tell us:
Why do you want to run the London Marathon in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice?
How much money do you think you will raise?
Email your answers to emma.jacovelli@stcatherines.co.uk by 4pm on Tuesday 22 January 2013. You will be advised if you are the lucky winner on Wednesday 23 January.
To cover the registration cost we would need to take an upfront payment of £360 from you by the end of the month.
All money raised in sponsorship will help us continue to be there for people ‘when it matters most’ – offering specialised palliative and end of life care for people across Chorley, Longridge, Preston and South Ribble living with conditions which can be treated but not cured.
Thank you and good luck!
