Chorley Building Society savings account raises more than £26,700!

A special account run by Chorley Building Society raised more than £26,700 for St Catherine’s last year!

We’d like to say a big thank you to all Affinity Account holders for choosing to support the hospice in this way, as well to Chorley Building Society for picking St Catherine’s as one of the charities to benefit from the scheme.

The account is open to anyone – offering people the chance to save and support the hospice at the same time. It works by calculating daily interest on the amount held in the account over the course of a year. On December 31st 1% of the total interest is donated to the hospice.

This year St Catherine’s received £26,711 through the scheme, which will be used to provide our specialised care for local people affected by life-shortening conditions.
