Plant sale and car boot to spruce up St Catherine’s Park this spring

St Catherine’s Hospice’s popular plant and flower market has the added attraction of a car boot sale this spring.

The annual event, taking place this year on Sunday, 1st May, in the grounds of St Catherine’s Park in Lostock Hall, offers everyone from gardening novices to green-fingered experts the chance to stock up on plants and flowers whilst helping to raise funds for the charity.

And bargain-hunters will enjoy exploring the second ever St Catherine’s Car Boot, organised following the success of the hospice’s first sale last year.

Pitches cost £10 per car and £12 per van and can be booked now by emailing trading@stcatherines.co.uk or calling 01772 629171.

The Mill café will be open as normal, serving up breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats to hungry visitors.

The event runs from 9am until 3pm, and opens to pitch holders from 8am.
