Light Up a Life 2026
Let a loved one shine on with our Light Up a Life lights, which glow brightly in our grounds throughout the festive season, in recognition of the lasting impact of those we have lost.
We invite you to make a dedication to remember someone special. Your loved one’s name will be included in our special Light Up a Life Remembrance Book, which can be viewed at the hospice and online. You will also receive a personalised Light Up a Life card to display at home in their honour.
Dedications, however small or large, are welcome in memory of anyone dear to you, and can include more than one special person.
We also host dedication evenings which will take place on Sunday 29th November and Monday 30th November from 5pm, and will include music, readings, refreshments, and opportunities for remembrance.
By making a Light Up a Life dedication in memory of a loved one, you’re supporting our work in the community and celebrating the life they lived.
- Dedications received before 15th November will be listed in the main A-Z of the remembrance book to view from 29th November.
- Dedications received between 15th November – 22nd November will be available in the remembrance book from 29th November, but will be listed in the supplementary pages.
- Any dedications made after the 22nd November will be added to the book at a later date.
- The last update of the remembrance book for this year will take place in early February 2027.
Please note you may not receive the Light Up A Life dedication card before Christmas as it may take several weeks to receive by post.
