Proceeds from Santa Dash handed over to hospice

Pupils from Walton-le-Dale Arts College and High School visited St Catherine’s to hand over the proceeds from their sponsored Santa Dash in aid of the hospice.

More than 50 students took part across all year groups, running around the school grounds dressed up in Santa suits and white beards.

Senior fundraiser Norman Cutler said: “We’re delighted to receive this money which will be used to help provide specialised care for our patients and their families at Christmas.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to all the pupils and staff for their continued support.”
