Reaching the Summit

Last week Debbie Allingham and Jason Bateman completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge and raised nearly £300 for St Catherine’s Hospice.
Despite the drizzle and the cold they achieved their goal in only twelve and a half hours. Pictured below are Jason (far left), Debbie (far right) and two of their friends at the summit of the third peak, Ingleborough.
Debbie said “I’m limping at the moment, but Jason is fine (typical!). Ingleborough was pure torture to climb with tired legs – very steep indeed. I hope that we did you proud.”
