Schools’ Santa themed fundraisers show festive support for hospice

Youngsters from across Central Lancashire organised a host of festive fundraisers which have generated an amazing £7,000 to support the work of St Catherine’s Hospice.

Everyone from Year 11 students tonursery tots joined in the fun at everything from Santa dashes around the school field to Christmas jumper competitions which have raised vital funds.

Those who took part included Christ the King Maths and Computer College, Academy @ Worden, Walton-le-Dale Arts College, Hutton Grammar School, Fulwood Academyand Footprints nursery at Bamber Bridge.
