Taking to the radio waves to talk about Hospice Care Week

St Catherine’s Hospice kicked off this year’s Hospice Care Week with an appearance on Radio Lancashire’s drive time show.
Lynn Kelly, Head of Education, spoke to the BBC’s Brett Davison about the national campaign, co-ordinated by the Help The Hospices charity, to raise awareness of hospice care and the work of St Catherine’s.
As the theme this year is ‘be surprised’, she also tried to dispel some of the myths which still surround hospices and hospice care.
