Three Cheers for Mark, Andy, Lewis & Emery!

Over a New Year break in the lakes Mark McCann and Andy Greenhalgh decided to take part in a triathlon; a 400 meter swim, a 23K bike ride and a 5k run – one after another and on the same day!They ran for St Catherine’s in memory of a friend of Mark’s who was cared for at the Hospice four years ago. Mark set himself a target of completing the event in two hours to complete the triathlon and and completed it in one hour and fifty six minutes.
