If you would like to renew your membership, please select how many numbers you would like to play each week.

If you would like to add one number to your existing membership, please select ‘1 Number per week’, and this will be added to your existing membership; or select ‘2 Numbers’ if you would like to add two more numbers to your existing membership etc.

If you are paying by Direct Debit, please note that when you have completed the form within our website, you will then be asked to set up your Direct Debit instruction with your bank via another secure online form. Thank you.
