Social groups can help you connect with others who may be experiencing similar experiences of grief or loneliness. Group support can help you feel less alone and can improve mental health. The groups listed aren’t specifically bereavement support but are social opportunities where you’ll receive a friendly welcome and can meet other people.

Providing activities and training which enable people to grow and develop resilience, whilst offering a place of safety and welcome for anybody to build friendships, inclduing craft sessions, walks, a six-week Wellbeing Journey and more.
