FULLY BOOKED – Mayfly Advance Care Planning & Communication Skills (November)

This training package is a one day session designed for all health care professionals who may:

•  Be required to have conversations with patients and those important to them about their care;
•  Support patients and those important to them to start thinking about their care as they become less well;
•  Be interested in learning more about advance care planning;
•  Want to gain more skills and knowledge around advance care planning.

This course is fully funded, delivered by St Catherine’s Hospice in partnership with Advance Care Planning, North West Coast Learning Collaborative, Health Education England, North West Coast Strategic Clinical Networks, and Greater Manchester and Eastern Cheshire Strategic Clinical Networks.
