Story
In loving memory of my best friend Emma Holmes, passed away 06.03.2025 at 28 years young. Emma was the kindest soul I will ever have the honour of meeting, she fought with such courage whilst still showing so much love and care to the people around her. She was an incredible Daughter, Grandaughter, Sister and to me and many others an incredible friend. Anyone that knew her loved her.
I know you’re at peace Em but it will never get any easier living this life without you. love you always, Hev xxx

Emma! Darling Emma!! My heart broke when the Lord took you home! You were a true freind to my Heather you had a beautiful heart!! You were 2 peas in a pod!! Friendship true friendship is a true gift and you gave my Heather that true gift!! Her heart will never get over your loss Emma she misses you every day.
