Mum although here for a very short time, lived her life to the fullest that she could! She was the light in everyones life, and was always the first person to offer help when it was needed.
Mum was an amazing young lady who is missed every day by myself and my sister, she never got to meet her grandchildren who i know she would have devoted on! 5 grandsons and a granddaughter.
She spent her final days at st Catherines, where at the age of just 33 died peacefully. Miss you mum, if anyone reading this wishes to donate or add a memory to my mums page please do. Clare x
