Yellow Day 2026
07 June 2026 11:00 am
There's something for all the family to enjoy at our popular Yellow Day garden fete!
St Catherine’s Hospice is proud to be a charity partner for Born Survivor’s classic event.
This isn’t your average mud run. Born Survivor is a military assault course designed by former Royal Marines Commandos, taking you across 12km of rugged terrain with 30+ military-grade obstacles in its path. Mud, water, fire, ice, climbing walls, and more. It’ll test your fitness, your nerve, and your determination to keep going when things get tough.
That said, it’s not a race. Born Survivor is a personal challenge, open to anyone aged 16 and over, designed to be tackled at your own pace and on your own terms. Whether you’re a seasoned obstacle racer or this is your first time doing anything like this, the course is yours to conquer.
Going it alone is possible, but teamwork is where the real magic happens. We’d suggest gathering a group of three to four people, whether that’s friends, family, colleagues, or people from a club or community you’re part of. You’ll push each other forward, celebrate together at the finish line, and raise more along the way.
Taking part for St Catherine’s
Your place is completely free. All we ask is that you raise a minimum of £200 for the children and families we support, using an online giving platform like JustGiving. If you’d prefer to donate the £200 directly rather than fundraise, we can support you with that too.
