Supporting your local Hospice couldn’t be easier with our payroll lottery option scheme. It’s easy to set up and even easier for employees to join – opening up the chance of scooping the £2,000 top prize, whilst raising vital funds.
The employer needs to agree to join the scheme which can then be promoted amongst staff.
Each employee who opts to join the lottery is allocated a unique lottery number, recorded individually against their home address. The total deduction from payroll is remitted to the hospice lottery account using the unique ID.
The employee is asked to sign a payroll authorising slip, authorising the employer to make payment deductions from their after-tax salary. Actual amounts may be deducted to suit the firm’s payroll timeframe.
Each entry is £1 per week – with players allocated a unique lottery number(s). You can have up to 20 entries per week. Every Friday the lucky winners are selected at random by computer.
All prizes are guaranteed to be won every week with the exception of the £150 3rd prize, which ‘rolls over’ each week it is not won, up to a maximum of £5,100.
Winning cheques are issued automatically – there is no need to claim.
