Here at St Catherine’s, we are extremely grateful for the amazing support we receive each year from Charitable Trusts and Foundations of all sizes.
As a result of the generosity of Trusts and Foundations, we have been able to develop and expand the care we provide for patients and their families in our local community.
Donations received from Trusts and Foundations often fund specific projects as well as our core, running costs. Just a few of the projects that have been generously funded by Trusts and Foundations are:
– Inpatient unit refurbishment
– The Mill café and community hub extension
– Wetland gardens
– Syringe drivers
– Bereavement support
– PPE
– Education and training
– Charity shop refurbishments
We value the importance of keeping in close contact with our Trust and Foundations supporters. This enables them to see the positive difference their donations make here at the hospice. All donations help us achieve our aim of ensuring our patients have the best possible quality of life, to the end of life. Therefore, we are truly grateful for any donation, large or small, as we simply wouldn’t be able to care for local people who need us without this generosity.
