Communication is at the heart of compassionate, person-centred care. This intensive two-day programme is designed for health and social care professionals who want to develop greater confidence and skill in navigating complex, sensitive and emotionally challenging conversations.
Using evidence-based communication frameworks, expert facilitation, small-group learning and realistic role-play with professional actors, participants will have the opportunity to practise and refine their approach in a safe and supportive environment.
Learning is tailored to each group’s own identified learning goals and communication challenges, which are then explored through experiential role-play, focused discussion and structured feedback. The programme is grounded in a strong evidence base, enabling delegates to develop practical strategies that can be applied immediately in their own clinical practice.
Dates: 23–24 November
Cost: £550 per person (includes both training days)
