Virtual Study Session – Advance Care Planning & Communication Skills (April)

This training package is a one day session designed for all health care professionals who may:

  •  Be required to have conversations with patients and those important to them about their care;
  •  Support patients and those important to them to start thinking about their care as they become less well;
  •  Be interested in learning more about advance care planning;
  •  Want to gain more skills and knowledge around advance care planning.

If this sounds like you and what is required from your role then this training session is for you!

Places are available free of charge as this programme has been fully funded.

This session will be delivered ONLINE by St Catherine’s Hospice. You would need to have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connection, a webcam and a microphone.

Please note attendees must log into the event via the invite received from St Catherine’s Hospice 15 minutes before the start.
