St Catherine’s Hospice hosts a variety of different fundraising events throughout the year which simply would not be able to take place without the help and support of our dedicated volunteers.
There’s all sorts of things you could get stuck into – from marshalling our Moonlight and Memories Walk or manning a tombola stall at Yellow Day, to hosting a collection bucket at your local supermarket.
Some see the benefit of volunteering at events as being that they don’t have to make a regular commitment to the hospice – but can give their time when it’s needed and fits in with their other arrangements.
Check through the list below to find out what takes your fancy!

This summer we’ve got an action-packed programme of events planned with our wonderful community, but we need some extra pairs of hands to ensure they are a success.
Can you help us put the fun in fundraising and join our team as a volunteer?
Rest assured it doesn’t have to be a huge commitment. Even just a few hours at one of our events would be so appreciated by our fundraising and catering teams, and of course by the patients and families we care for.
Check out our events below and please get in touch if you’re interested in joining in the fun with us this summer. Please email email@example.com or call the team on 01772 629171.
With your help, we’ll put on some spectacular events for our supporters and raise lots of money to fund our specialised care. And we guarantee you’ll have lots of fun along the way too!
